Frequently asked questions...

1. Is it possible to display other pictures in the digital frame that I will receive?

  • YES, you will be able to add your own pictures directly from your camera via a memory card (see our technical specifications for more information). Of course, your pictures will be displayed without designs, only those in the support memory built inside your digital frame will be displayed with our designs.

2. Is it possible to order a music background from DigitAmbiance LLC?

  • No, due to copyright issues. As of now you can include in your digital frame any music you wish to hear during the slideshow after you received it.

3. Do I have to pay at the same time as I order the gift or the DigitAmbiance*?

  • No, you do not have to pay when you order, the process is the following:
    • If you order a DigitAmbiance, you will receive a sample of 3 slides with our designs within 2 business days to 1 week. We follow this process to make sure that it fits your expectations. At the same time you will receive a payment form via PayPal. If you like our designs, we will proceed after your payment. If you don't, you do not have to pay and all your pictures will be deleted from our records.
    • If you order a gift card, you will receive it within 2 to 4 business days. At the same time you will receive a payment form via PayPal. The login number and the password located on your gift card (allowing the gift card's owner to order his DigitAmbiance*) will be activated only after your payment.

4. How long do I have to wait between the order/payment and the delivery?

  • If you order a DigitAmbiance*, we usually inform our customers that our personalized product will be delivered within a month after payment.
  • If you order a gift card, you will receive the DigitAmbiance's gift card within 2-4 business days after the order is placed.

5. I would like to get a DigitAmbiance* but some of my pictures are on paper. What can I do?

  • If you cannot scan your pictures you can send them to us via mail. We will send them back with your digital frame. Our rates for scanning are $1 by pictures, $15 for 20 pictures, $28 for 40 pictures.

6. Is it possible to send you some hand-written journaling to make my DigitAmbiance* even more personalized?

  • YES, there are 2 ways:
    • 1-  you can write your text and scan it, and upload these files with your pictures via our website.
    • 2-  you can send your texts to us by mail, and we will scan them. Our rates are $1 per page.

7. If I order a second digital frame with the same design as the first one, do I obtain a discount?

  • YES, from the second identical digital frame and for all the other ordered (always with the same design) you will have to pay $209 for each of them with 15 or 25 slides.

8. Is it possible to only buy a digital frame without design?

  • YES, after contacting us to let us know your request (which frame?, how many?) we will send a payment form to you to pay via PayPal then your digital frame within about 1 week.
  • Also soon, if you have already a frame, you will be able to receive a memory card only!

9. I'm trying to upload an image, and I am getting an error message... what is wrong?

  • Make sure the image you are attempting to upload is in one of the formats accepted (.gif, .jpg).
  • Make sure the filename is simple and short, with no spaces or funny characters. "Image.jpg" is a good filename "My sister and me at the beach! drinking some Coke~~.jpg" is probably not going to work.
  • Make sure the file is less than 2MB. We do not allow images over 2MB because the final size after adding our designs would be to heavy (less than 1MB is recommended)!
  • Make sure you did not upload more than 40 files (pictures or pictures+text) which is the maximum file number allowed.
