This Privacy Policy is intended to provide you notice of DigitAmbiance LLC’s pictures management practices: how they are used and safeguarded.

1- Once your pictures are uploaded on our website, they will only be used by the DigitAmbiance LLC’s team. None of them will ever be shared with a third party.

2- All your pictures will be deleted from our data after confirmation of the digital frame delivery. Only  the designed slides from your pictures will be kept for one year in our records. This one year is equivalent to our product warranty (design and digital frame).

3- To prevent you from loosing our designs, all of them will be integrated in a support memory built inside your digital frame. This makes it more difficult to loose them, unlike it would be if they were copied on in a small memory card only .

4- To renew our website Samples page, we could request from you an authorization to display one of your slides. This will be displayed on our website only if you accept to sign this authorization form. If you don't, none of your slides will be in our website Samples page.

5- Photos may not contain nudity, violent or offensive material, or copyrighted images. If you violate these terms your set of photos will be deleted.

Return Policy

 

Your digital frame may be returned or exchanged within 20 Days from date of delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the actual cost of shipping. This amount will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

All returns or exchanges missing or with damage to the original box may be refused. (i.e. missing/damaged manuals, tape on the manufacturer’s box, missing/damaged interior cardboard box, etc.). Ship all returns using a tracking shipping method and a separate shipping box with an insurance.
DigitAmbiance LLC is not liable in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment. Please include a copy of your receipt along with a description of all problems you met.

Please ship returns/exchanges to our mailing address.

Note: Please, see below our “Important Safety Instruction”. If your problem is listed in this paragraph, you will not be able to return or exchange your digital frame.

 

Important Safety Instruction

  • To reduce the risk of electric shock or product damage, do not remove screws.
  • Do not use this apparatus near water. Do not expose this unit to rain, moisture, drops, or water of any kind and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed near or on the digital frame.
  • Do not set near any source of heat such as radiators, stoves, or other apparatus.
  • Do not open covers and do not repair yourself. Refer to qualified service personnel.
  • Avoid sandy places such as beaches.
  • Please insert the plug to the jack completely to avoid electrostatic shock.
  • Make sure all lines are connected well, safely and clearly.
  • Avoid touching and applying pressure to the display (LCD). Avoid exposing it to sunshine. Clean with dry and soft cloth only.
  • The machine can only play files with compatible formats.
  • Music and pictures may have copyright. Using those files without permission may be against the copyright laws.
  • Do not let metallic objects touch the DC plug when the frame is on.
  • Do not set the digital frame on top of cushions, sofas, or hot equipment such as amplifiers, to avoid overheating of the apparatus.
  • Do not remove memory cards from the digital frame when it is reading them, which will cause memory files to be lost and the system to break.
  • Do not unplug directly when playing music and/or pictures.
  • Do not lay the unit on your lap for a extended time while using it. The unit can become hot and cause burns.
  • Please avoid using earphones for a long time or with the volume on too loud.
  • Please do not adjust volume too loud when using built-in speakers, to avoid losing sound quality.
  • You may feel uncomfortable after viewing repeated action for a long time.
  • The Digital Photo Frame is not intended to run for 24 hours consecutively. The recommended time of use is between 8 and 10 hours at a time.
